We offer a range of tailored programmes for school leavers and young adults at all levels of ability and also those with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

You will be guided onto the most appropriate course to ensure your personal needs are met.

You can choose from Foundation Studies courses or Life Skills and Employment Training.

Foundation Studies

Our Foundation Studies courses are vocational programmes giving learners the opportunity to gain an Entry Level 3 or a Level 1 qualification in a range of subject areas. These courses offer progression onto higher level programmes and all learners have the opportunity to improve and gain maths and English qualifications.

Life Skills and Employment Training

Our Life Skills and Employment Training curriculum offers opportunities for learners who are working at Entry 1 to Entry 3. Learners who access this provision have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and join the college to develop their life skills and employability prospects.

Our goal is to prepare learners for adulthood. Although we cannot guarantee employment, we work extremely hard to ensure learners are in the best possible place to access opportunities for employment, increase independent living skills and increase community inclusion.
