Economics is a traditional subject and therefore held in very high esteem by universities and employers alike.

Our A Level Economics course covers topics including Markets and Market Failure, National and International Economy, Economic Principles and Issues, Operation of Markets and Market Failure and the National Economy in a Global Context. The majority of students will progress onto university possibly to continue to study economics or a wide range of degrees. Likewise some students may choose to progress onto apprenticeship programmes in the banking industry and accountancy field.
