This course is perfect if you currently do not work within the electrical industry but may wish to do so and it will develop your understanding and skills of electrical installation. It does not require occupational evidence from the workplace, so is suitable if you do not work within the electrical industry. You will have 4 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above. However, if you have a keen interest in the subject and commitment to succeed, your entry requirements will be discussed at interview.
How is it assessed?
This course will be assessed by an online exam and assignments and practical tests followed by a final synoptic assessment.

What can I do next?
Successful completion of the qualification facilitates progression to the industry recognised Level 3 qualification or an apprenticeship.
