Course overview
This qualification aims to improve learners' understanding of stress. They will look at the causes of stress and the effects stress can have on health. They will also learn to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress and look at ways of preventing or reducing stressWhat else do I need to know?
This course is a blended learning course and can be completed in the learners own time. There is no specific start date. This course will require the learner to commit to self study hours in order to complete the assessments.What are the entry requirements?
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification however, learners should have a basic level of English in order to complete the written assessments.
How is it assessed?
To achieve the Level 1 Award in Stress Awareness, learners must successfully demonstrate their achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria detailed in the mandatory unit
Assessments must be completed in the agreed timescale and submitted to the assessor who will then provide feedback, advice and guidance, and, additional support where needed.
