This qualification aims to raise awareness of the harmful effects of alcohol use, and engage learners in understanding issues that can impact on health and well-being
What else do I need to know?
This course is an online learning course and can be completed in the learners own time. There is no specific start date. This course will require the learner to commit to self study hours in order to complete the assessments.
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification however, learners should have a basic level of English in order to complete the written assessments.
How is it assessed?
To achieve the Level 1 Award in Alcohol Awareness, learners must successfully demonstrate their achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the mandatory unit.
Assessments must be completed in the agreed timescale and submitted to the assessor who will then provide feedback, advice and guidance, and, additional support where needed.
