Course overview
The AAT Level 2 qualification is one of the most common starting points traditionally for those who are working, or aim to work, in an accounting role in practice or industry.If you do not wish to take the full Level 2 AAT qualification, you can complete just the bookkeeping and/or computerised accounting modules and achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping and/or the Level 2 Award in Computerised Accounting. You can choose whether to study in the evening or during the day.
You'll be taught by our qualified and skilled staff who will share their industrial knowledge and experience to you. AAT modules assessed by computer-based exams. You will require 70% marks to pass each module. There is only one re-sit for each module.

What else do I need to know?
This is an excellent starting point for anyone wanting to start a career in accountung or someone who works in the field but has not got any formal qualifications yet.What are the entry requirements?
You will need five GCSEs A* to C including English and Maths to study this course. Other equivalent qualifications may be considered and there are exemptions for further applicants with relevant workplace experience.

End of module online exams as set by AAT

What can I do next?
You can progress on to the AAT Diploma in Accounting Level 3 course at the college. You may start a job in the field of Accounting or start as a trainee accountant.
