BTEC Level 3 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering students from Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG), Samuel Hinks, Thierry Cooper, Samuel Duffin and Jake Wildridge have been commended for assisting a member of the public in Stafford Town Centre.
After noticing that an elderly member of the public had unfortunately fallen over on her way to church, the learners swiftly made the responsible decision to seek a first aider from Stafford College who came to the lady's aid.
The lady was very grateful for the assistance offered by Samuel, Thierry, Samuel and Jake and once checked over by the first aider, was able to continue with her church visit.
For their caring actions, the students have been awarded a certificate of commendation and a college voucher.
