The NSCG Work Based Learning Team is proud to support over 100 apprentices and adult learners, who are playing a vital role within the NHS and care homes across the area during this difficult time.

Our dedicated learners are offering care and compassion to their patients and service users, whilst working on the front line saving lives alongside their fellow healthcare professionals and we could not be prouder of the work they are doing.

As one of Staffordshire’s largest employers, the University Hospitals of North Midlands (UHNM) NHS Trust employers many NSCG apprentices across the trust in a diverse range of areas.

Ana Fouto, Care Coach for the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust has been full of praise and said: "The trust is very proud of our apprentices. Coming from different backgrounds, not only they have adapted to a health environment, they have quickly improved their care due to the unprecedented times that we are living. They are a brilliant example of professionalism and show high levels of resilience even now that the situation may be less positive at times. They role model a delivery of compassionate, effective and safe care, always with a smile and they are supporting others to do the same."

Keep up the amazing work everyone!
