BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Travel and Tourism students have recently taken part in some exciting cabin crew training with one of the UK's most recognisable names in the travel industry, Thomas Cook.

Students visited the company's purpose built training site in Woodford, Cheshire and spent the day getting to grips with what it’s like to undergo real cabin crew training, looking at emergency procedures such as fire and smoke simulations and emergency drill/evacuations.

This was a fantastic experience for our students, providing great course enrichment and allowing students to gain a deeper understanding for what it’s like to work in the travel industry.
