Password Reset Student

If you are unable to remember or require help resetting your college password please email passwordreset@nscg.ac.uk (via an alternative valid email address).

In order for us to reset your password as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:

• Name
• Student ID number
• Date of Birth
• Address
• Main programme course title and / or tutor name
• College site (Newcastle or Stafford)

Provided the above information is received, we will endeavour to reset your password as quickly as possible, however this will not be instant and may take a few hours to complete. You will be notified via the email address the request is received from, once the password has been reset successfully.
